1. Initial Consultation

In our initial consultation, we’ll get to know more about your facility and your project goals. With your goals in mind, we’ll schedule a free site visit to assess the unique aspects of your space. A member of our team will visit your site to take in the parameters and constraints around your project. Then, we’ll design a custom solution to meet your budget, goals, and timeline.

2. Preparation

Thorough preparation will set up your space for a great flooring install. Surface Technology will clean and prepare your facility using the most advanced methods, including Blastrac shot blasting and diamond grinding. We’ll check your facility’s floors for moisture, test for contaminants, and make necessary repairs before your new flooring is applied.

3. Installation

Our experienced crew will install your new flooring for optimum adhesion, abrasion resistance, and aesthetics. We can incorporate a number of performance-enhancing characteristics into your flooring material, including chemical resistance, slip resistance, ESD properties, and many more. Even better, most finishes are ready for traffic within 24 hours of completion.

4. Quality Assurance

In addition to our yearly site visits, our 10-year material and labor warranty will have you covered for years to come.

Surface Technology can complete the flooring installation at your facility to meet any schedule and minimize downtime. We are fully qualified to handle industrial floor coatings in Divisions 7 and 9 of the CSI MasterFormat® list. Surface Technology is bonded up to $2 million. Most finishes are ready for traffic within 24 hours of completion.
