WARRANTY STATEMENT
Surface Technology (STI) warrants the installed products will provide a strong, abrasion and chemical resistant surface when installed over a structurally sound base.
STI further warrants the installed products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TEN (10)* YEARS from the date of completion of STI’s work.
STI’s warranty does not cover failure due to hydrostatic vapor pressure, gouging of the surface, or any use that is inconsistent with prudent care and the intended use of the work at the time of installation.
Final finish and texture will vary depending upon substrate, environmental conditions and thickness and type of coating system installed.
Resinous flooring systems, by virtue of being “manufactured in place”, are subject to minor variations in color, texture and other physical characteristics. STI shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages or injury to persons or property as a result of its installation.
It is understood, that STI’s sole obligation under this warranty (at STI’s discretion) is to repair, replace or refund the purchase price.
*The warranty period depends upon the system type and project condition.
